On Weebly, you can register for free and create up to 10 websites in the same account; yes you read that right, ten websites.
The design of the templates is beautiful, the interface is simple to use (drag and drop), and it is multi-language.
The only drawback is that they put a Weebly logo in the footer, and the free domain will be yourname.weebly.com

There are other similar services like Wix or webador, but I think Weebly is the best.
Another option is to register a professional domain and connect it to a blog on BlogSpot, using a professional-looking website template.
So you don't pay for hosting (Blogger is free) and just use the domain.
I also recommend Payhip, where you can create a store to sell physical products, eBooks, or online courses. It has lots of tools, an easy interface, and good technical support. There are several paid plans and a free plan. You can join the free plan and connect your web domain (at no extra cost, and you get an SSL certificate). What Payhip charges you on this plan is just 3% commission.

There are various sitebuilders, some with exorbitant prices, and you have to pay annually.
However, I recommend UKIT, where you can pay about 5.90 dollars a month. I will tell you why I consider this the best site builder:
